Will I own the lodge?
Yes. Once you purchase a holiday home, it and its contents are all yours! The land that it is built on is subject to a site rental fee.
Can I lodge all year round?
Our lodges are designed to be a home-from-home experience that is comfortable to live in for 12-months of the year.
Will I get a postal address?
Yes, you will get your own postal address which belongs to you.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are more than welcome as part of the family whilst you’re staying at White Swan Lodges and Fisheries.
Are all lodges single storey?
All of our luxury holiday homes are single storey and have disabled access.
Release equity in a an existing property
When downsizing from a previous property you may free up some equity that you can put to use for other investments, as the additional space from your previous property is no longer required.
Security and community
The lodges at White Swan are part of a private community and located on a site that is under 24/7 CCTV security 365 days of the year.
Adults only environment
Whilst the site is 'adults only' to keep the atmosphere peaceful and relaxing, our residents are more than welcome to have visits from children and grandchildren.
